I’m getting rolled up from my current project on 15th Sep 2025, which is a CIO internal project of HR analytics and today morning. I got soft locked into this above mentioned project, but I don’t know whether this is good or bad. The location mentioned is Bangalore first of all what is future soft lock exactly what is the different? How is it different from hard luck and secondly, how is this project? Anyone having any idea Last year? I completed my MBA from a new IIM and having a majors in IT and supply chain operations.

Soft lock means you are currently a standby resource. If the team is satisfied with your performance and skills, they may proceed to hard lock you into the project. While I don't have specific details about this particular project, many US bank-related projects tend to have tight schedules and high pressure from leadership.

This project may not be an ideal fit for those seeking growth or visibility. There are no onshore opportunities associated with it. Additionally, your laptop will undergo a complete hard reset, after which access to key applications such as Microsoft Teams and internal Accenture tools may be restricted.
The team uses Webex for meetings, which often requires participants to join via mobile calls, potentially affecting communication efficiency. Furthermore, there is a possibility of being allocated to multiple teams simultaneously, where you may work independently without consistent visibility or support. This lack of coordination can create challenges in tracking tasks and aligning with performance expectations, as updates may not reach your manager or team lead in a timely manner.

I heard that there will be lot of pressure will be there and there is no chance of roll off in this if u need, we have move out company only like that..
