Trending @Accenture; Got feedback for the promotion from Manager but….

Is anyone got any kind of feedback in workday under performance section? I heard who are receiving positive feedback from their Manager possibly they will get the promotion because i also saw one of my frnd got the feedback on 3rd April and his manager recommended him for higher level. But question is he is not going office since January 2025 so is it possible to get promotion or they are tracking the office attendance for the promotion?

Bro atlest they have given excuses in my case they don’t even have any excuses any negative review from last 2 year and still did get

I also requested feedback from my people lead, and he sent feedback via Workday, recommending me for promotion. I also received feedback from my client's side manager (who is also the systems owner); he directly emailed the project manager. I also received an award during a client visit. Recently, I worked on a project that will save thousands of dollars. My MAL is 19. I spoke with the project manager; he said he isn't giving me a promotion now but will consider me for the next cycle in November. He said he already added my name in Workday, but until the ABCD reflection is visible in Workday, they cannot proceed for the next cycle. I asked for a good raise if a promotion wasn't possible; he said even HR doesn't know the percentage of the raise yet.

I am a critical resource; we have only two people on the team, myself and my people lead. However, I am still not being considered for promotion, and they mentioned that even the promotion hike this time is very less.

I don't believe in managers.

The client is not going to give more money to Accenture because you worked more than the usual folk. The clients will give all kinds of appreciation and recommendation mails because they are getting excellent work done from cheap labour. So how is your manager going to give more hike to you? If there were many people in the team, manager may steal some hike from others and give you, but..
