Trending @Accenture; Got a question: If I'm on a 90-day notice period and the company wants to release me in a day.

Got a question If I'm on a 90-day notice period and the company wants to release me in a day, will they pay for the full notice period?

As per offer letter. Any party can terminate the employment by giving 90 days advance notice. In case you want early release you have to pay, IF ACCENTURE WANTS TO TERMINATE THEN THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR SHORT FALL. If any HR tries to fool you. There's annexure 5 in your offer letter and it's clearly mentioned. Say you won't go without getting paid for 90 days.

You need to ask if they don't, you need to be firm.i. discussion that its your loss stating you new company can't prepone joining as background checks atr going on and you are also searching more jobs

I have see both types of cases in Accenture, make sure keep communication in mail cc to your personal ID
