You should have switched already. They might view you as a disturbed disgruntled employee but not in every project. Depending on your performance and behaviour, they might give you a promotion but it's very uncertain these days as my AM said to me. I have also been given a lolipop of promotion this June cycle. Last cycle it was an onsite opportunity but it seems like it did not work.
