Trending @Accenture; Got 5% hike after over 2 yrs

If you do the maths of increase in base pay and decrease in Variable pay compared to last year's, you will see no difference in your annual income or even less than previous year. Despite the highest rating, good workday and client feedback, I received a 5% hike and 30K less VP.
