Trending @Accenture; Got 11.2% hike and 16k VP. Is it ok for CL12 with 1 YoE?

It’s same for all ASE with one year experience

The same I got 11.23% hike and VP 8.5% but it shows ₹14,829 VP for me. May I know the difference why I don't get 16k?

Its a default hike that Accenture provides after 1 year for ASEs

What is your fixed/base pay before hike

It's default for everyone who joined an year ago or so.

Everyone got this at level 12 , who completed one year.

Is this sub level movement? If yes, then I believe it's good because people are getting approx 5-7%, what is your fixed now?
