Trending @Accenture; Got 0% vp and 0% bonus and hike. What will happen next?

In my case I also got 0% vp and hike. My people lead told HR can call and assign some task. I am in IP. My previous manager gave the bad feedback because no task was assigned to me. Now in the same project but in a different team my current manager is happy with the work. In this what is needed to do. Will i still go in PIP? Or my current manager can do anything..?
