Trending @Accenture; Going Back to Base Location
Got an email stating a new policy that you will have to work from base location only effective sept 1, do you guys think people will follow this and give up there work from home since they want only to work from base location not work from office
We got the same email last yr also so before shifting pls check if the project really needs u der ;)
Make sure that your project location is different from base location😅.. Nothing will happen..
Last year also it came, every year it comes... asked senior it's coming since last 2yrs.... every year during fiscal year and hike discussion time they will create nuisance
So nothing to worry about right? Its just standard protocol happening from last two years itseems then
You can draft a mail to HR to change the base location. But discuss with your manager before sending the mail.
I know this is late but we got the same email to come to office starting Feb 3. Is it going to be necessary for people on bench though? Please need guidance in this matter
