I have been with accenture from 9 years . In level 9 currently with 14.5 ctc. Give me some suggestions courage to leave accenture. I'm good with my skills
Dalo paper aur mst 3 mahine me dhudh lo kuch .. choti company jyada ijjat degi.. aur pesa bhi 😄.. ye salaah dene se phle me already dal chuka hu and 2 offer bhi nikal chuka hu in 30 days only.
Atleast start giving interviews to gain confidence . Being in one company for 9 yrs shows inability to switch. Later you will not be able to do so even if you want. You will not have any idea of how other companies or world works outside Accenture.. 🙂 I hope you are encouraged now. And whatever I said is true.
Brush up your skills and start giving interviews and jump at the right time in the right company with good work-life balance which will make you again to go for a long run 🏃
I need that too. Im on a brink of giving resignation. Probably by 26,27 I'll resign.. im in Accenture 3.7 years as of now by the time the np ends it will be 3.10, i feel like i should step out rn. Its becoming toxic day by day, will look for other opportunities.
Did u got another offer? Or without offer u are thinking to resign??
