I have joined Accenture in October 2023 as a fresher working in an internal project as Quality Engineering Associate, I have no idea about the variable pay , variable bonus and promotion cycles , rewards and other all things like how to upgrade and how to survive in this corporate, I'm from a lower middle class family there is no one from my relatives or neighbours who working in IT sector to me any guidance or any other things which we need to be cousious in corporate, I have no idea , right now the project was okay and the leads and team was good , I don't know what may happens in later , I need to be independent and I want to know everything related to my growth like how could upgrade my skills , need some confidence and guidance from you guys , I want someone who could help me guide me as a brother , if there is my own brother, how he helps me to get settled in my life , like in that way , as an elder brother tell me your experiences and teach me ,guide me. Thank you.
