The only thing we could do now is leave this shit org ASAP and give them the ratings they deserve on public platforms/forums.
This is silent layoffs....anyone who wants growth will have to find another job..rest will have to work as a slave under this not so transparent leadership.

Completely agree. Suddenly they should not change policy.
Do the same on Glassdoor as well as Accenture proudly showoff their high ratings from there.
Spread bad ratings wherever possible
Everything is wrigged. No matter what you do the upper level has money and power to check out the numericals and get the awards. Just like Filmfare awards which are distributed generally between bollywood families these award panelists get paid to select certain companies and their CEOs.
Just quit Accenture and inspire others to live too.

They don't get affected by giving bad ratings, i have done thar for years and every year they turn out to be - great place to work. This time not filling the survey
