Hi everyone Hope everyone doing well. Can anyone please tell me if we raise girvance regarding base pay change will it get changed? Since in last 2.5 year there is no base pay change for me.

There is no point in raising grievance as outcome will not be in your favour. They have several excuses ready with them to not give hike.
