Hi, I have been working in accenture for 4 yrs. Now currently working in career 11, I got my last promotion on may 2022. When can I expect for my next promotion? I think I am paid underpaid in accenture as my current fixed ctc is 5.65 only. Kindly give me some suggestions for my future career.

What is your role/stream at Level 11 (for more clarity) ? If it is tech/dev-related role then it is indeed underpaid.
