Trending @Accenture; Getting less salary?
Hi all, I need some clarification regarding my salary structure. I joined Accenture 4 months ago with a total fixed pay of 9 LPA. Based on that, my monthly gross should be around ₹75,000 (9,00,000 ÷ 12).
In my salary slip, I notice the following deductions: Provident Fund (employee contribution): ₹3,150 Professional Tax: ₹200 Total deductions: ₹3,350
Given that, I expected my net pay to be approximately ₹71,650 (₹75,000 - ₹3,350). However, my net pay is showing as ₹68,500.
I assumed the company's contribution to the Provident Fund would be separate from my fixed pay, but looks like it's from my fixed pay ?? Am I missing something here or is there a discrepancy in my salary?
Please help me understand 🙏

Your and company contribution to pf alreay in your 9 lpa so deduct 6300 of pf, they are not paying pf separately, first they add their side of PF amount to gross salary then deduct both contribution.
