Hello All, How can I ask my two female work colleagues for their insta ids, since we are working together last 8months but we all three are at different places…any help would be appreciated!!!
If you are girl then ask. If you are guy then don't. If they find it creepy then you are screwed
Sorry to burst your bubble but if they wanted to connect with you or wanted you in their respective friends circle. You could have exchanged IDs . If you insist, then put your request very politely like try asking them for weekend hangouts etc. then eventually you can ask for their IDs. While doing so be very casual like you are asking for a pen or paper (I mean be very casual while asking don't be creepy)

Why you want it? Also, a lot depends on the repo you have with your colleagues. Since you feel like asking here, better not to ask.
This comes across as creepy right off the bat. If they mention insta, you may ask. If they don’t, then you do not ask. It’s giving “I wanna know what you’re up to in your personal life” and that is very unwelcome to some people.
