Could anybody tell me how to get approval for wfh for medical reason of parents. What are the steps to get approval ? What are the tools? What are the hurdle i can face and what are the way to handle those .

Talk to your HR first and then raise exception. The toughest part is to make your HR agree

You need to raise and exception in RTO tool.. There 3 people who will approve this..People Lead, HR,Workday Manager.. You need to submit solid Proofs to the HR.only HR is the main problem..cuz they are one who is going to check your medical docs..if they agreed then you will get the exception.
