Joined accenture 10 months back. Work load is too high in my current project, manager is not ready to give the release. What all options we have to get the release from the project?
Can u all confirm one thing if someone not cleared pip then what action they will take, whether they will just release u from project or other also they can take
See now that you have cleared PIP means you are a candidate who has delivered.
They will do things like we need to create a roll off request that will take time in approvals and blah blah.
Just stick to your plan and ask them for release updates every month.
All those approvals are a gimmick, don't fall for it. Because to roll you into the current project it was in a day process, so to roll back should be even easier.
They just don't want to reduce the headcount in current billing.
One more question, if u have some fight and clash with your manager and in anger they have put in pip, now do they have the power to fire u from company or just they can release u from their own project, because they are already angry with u so they will not allow that person to clear the pip by giving hard tasks
Do they have the power to fire anyone from the company by saying not cleared pip or just they can just remove u from their own projects
