Trending @Accenture; Gave up chasing pennies worth salary in this company

There's no fckng award/reward. They are willing to extract how much we give. I didn't want to take off, but my manager being a micromanager, he pushed me to my limits. You can't have wlb here. If there's no work, he will come and correct small stuffs and keep meetings. They don't even give us time to learn something new. Not even for half an hour. Then want us to have p3 p4 in skills.

Apparently asking for promotion or hike is uncomfortable for them. They asked us to come online on Diwali too and they are not uncomfortable asking us that.

I put leave. I logged out. I won't tolerate this much for a little salary (3lpa)

The reward outcome is kept in such secrecy as if we dont deserve to know what we are getting.

If we do work, then also we are scared and if we do then also we are scared. What has IT become?? When will this be ok?

This is a pathetic company who just excel at exploiting their employees.

It was always like this 10 years back . Now people are just exploiting much . Earlier we used to stay quiet and normalized now people are talking about this . This will get worse in Indian IT because of the large supply in contrast of much less demand . They will exploit employees much more.
