How can we gain experience.... my project has many sort of works but nothing for me. They r just making me sit idle .... how to gain exp and move to good roles in life ...
Though im learning python pandas and sql Also sometimes DSA and i know core java, oracle db, linux.

I would suggest continuing to learn, not just by studying, but by doing.
Start by asking your leads for extra initiatives where you can explore new skills. Accenture also offers excellent learning programs and certifications, use them.
Work on small, real-life projects where you can apply what you’ve learned. You can also use platforms like GitHub to participate in open-source projects and gain hands-on experience.
Once you are confident, you can even try freelancing in your free time (as long as it doesn’t affect your professional responsibilities, that’s really important). This helps you sharpen your skills, understand client communication, and build problem-solving abilities that go beyond the classroom.
Remember, the person responsible for your learning and growth is YOU! It's harsh but true.

Ask seniors if you can help in something, show that you're eager to learn. Do things proactively, if not on calls atleast ask to attend internal calls of the project. If they don't give you tasks, you know the work right do it yourself on your own.
Network with your team members, there is no human being who doesn't like their work done by others you know
I dont have any access just to close tasks by somebody elses name. Not even my name. Also my team doest have any regualr calls idk why !! I generally pings team folks and get something
Then you're in some weird team, learn things there are many programs running in Accenture for learning, do certifications and get out of this hole ASAP
Switch people try giving interviews 1-2 will definitely click.Dont waste time here... been in your place looking for switch
