Today I got to know that a lot of my college batchmates who joined Accenture at L10 gave got their 2nd hike (June & Dec) this time while for my project they say that HIKE CYCLE HAS MOVED TO JUNE.

It's just dissapointing and frustrating that some projects behave in certain wayz while other in some other. I don't know about other levels but salaries are L10 are as low as 8.5fix to as high as 16.5 fix.

Everything depends on your project budget. If your project is in profit with the overall domain you're in, it's all good. If not you're doomed
