Trending @Accenture; Frustrated with this WFO policy
I got 3 months of exception as i didn't take any exception earlier. But today hr told me that after this if any such thing happens you have to take sick leave. I mean how dumb kind of thing is this. Wfh is far better according to work perspective right. I'm a key resource of the project. I know if I go on sick leave the project work will be kept on hold for a while. So I don't see any wise decision here

Hr are stupid and their policies . Mothers who raised exceptions saying kids care as both husband wife works are told to send kids to daycare but have ro do wfo . Parents having cancer and gng through chemo are told u have to be in office u r not gng through any chemo
I am giving all examples of myself and my frds .
So HR are heartless here don’t expect much my friend

I know... that's the only reason I don't want to continue in the IT industry

Do you really think you're a key resource?

Yupp i do And it's not me, its my manager, my onsite manager even everyone in my project says

And I'm the only resource who got promotion just after an year of joining 😊 Plus multiple awards including ace, certificate during client visits, the client awards Dude i have done alot of hard work...

3 month exception is allowed for the financial year or calendar year?, even I am thinking of taking it.
Its stupid policy

Have u raised more 3 months?

Nah this is my first time taking 3 months

That too I'm having severe chest pain. Infact my manager said that he'll talk on my behalf to hr...but in just 10 minutes she reminded me 3 times that after this you'll not able to take any exception
I was like ik why to remind several times ughhh
