Trending @Accenture; Frustrated and looking for a roll off and new opportunities

Hi Guys, I m working in a accenture deal or process of accenture operations since last 5 years. It's been long 5 years , I m not been promoted inspite of having a good experience, tenure and skills and I m frustrated. Can I ask for roll off ? Will I b benched after roll off? Till how long I could stay on bench and look for opportunities? I heard for first 6 weeks it's a paid bench and after that it's unpaid. Would like to know about benching, can you guys help me with more info on this and enlighten me more?
