Frustrated with stagnation in org. As if that is not enough, now in a weird project away from skills. In name of collaboration, people expect you to screen share and work for hours on Fridays when status is asked for. Bhai kahaan gaye the poore hafte. Manager ko bolo to tum bure, juniors ko kaam karne bolo to tum rude. Now I am wondering if it is me who is reading the situation wrong ya as always bakra banaaya jaa rha? Ki matlab Jo kar lo bure to tum hi ho
