Trending @Accenture; Freshers struggle
I got into a project. I have a good team and good people around me. No issues in that. Before getting into project, learning springboot java was so comfortable and I loved it. But in project their codes are way more complicated. It takes more to time analyse and come to conclusion. I have given a task, which I started to do. I learned a lot from the new task but I struggle to complete within the deadline. It's like I need more time to understand and analyse. But the time I have is too less. I don't know what to do
Keep at it ... No one was born expert. Put time and effort u will get through it
Start giving your more time to meet the deadline. It will be fruitful to you only.
Remember this being a fresher it's ok to take more time to complete tasks. So concentrate on learning things instead of focusing on the deadline. Just give yourself some time to learn and adapt to the new skill. You can become pro in this soon then you won't face deadline as a concern.
