Level - 12, Designation - ASE Joining Date - 24th July 2024
For the month of March, an extra ₹10k is reflecting in my form 16.
In Form 16 Part-B : This is shown as Value of perquisites under section 17(2).
In Form 12BA, this is shown as value of other benefits/amenity/service/privilege.
Can anyone help me with what exactly has accenture included this amount for?
It might be shift allowance or any gift cards you might have received
No shift allowance applicable to me. Is it the ₹5000 rewards points that accenture credits every 6 months on the benefits you portal??
Nope, not the benefits you points. I'm talking about the reward points which we get eg: completing 1 year, ACE award and other recognitions etc
This ₹10k amount wasn't credited in my account, but just reflecting there in the stated sections.
