Trending @Accenture; Forcefully put me in PiP
Hi guys,
Accenture has forcefully gave me a pip. First they gave me negative feedback when i challenged it they again gave me a wrong feedback. Now every pip review call they are giving me negative review only. What should i do? They are going to fire me soon
You put down papers and look outside this approach is most decent than taking torture of pip
It is a common technique in all Accenture specially for CL9.
You can't do anything, follow the PIP tasks if they suit you, as it will start preparing you for interviews.
Mind it, whatever you do, results will be negative in 99% cases.
Move on and get yourself away with this cheap org.
If they give positive feedback then only retain
Just prepare yourself and start looking for job outside.
Put your papaer and start looking outside
