Been on bench since couple of months, after getting negative feedback by previous project, roll off followed by lots of torcher, now I have been informed that I have been put on improvement program... any suggestions or help pls... also, whats the difference between pip and IP
Start looking for job elsewhere, and don't be worried even in pip you'll have time of 3 months. It's good amount of time to get a new job. And in bench and pip you can get out od this shit hole whenever you want they'll release you if you request it
If it's PIP and Bench, a very risky situation. Better start looking for a job change. Usually managers are hesitant in taking people with PIP in the team, and even if they take it's very risky to think that they will protect you from layoffs (you can't be an important resource in a new project in the next 3 months)
My manager is also threatening me that she will put me in pip
I am als in the same place... after receiving 0%bonus came to know this... that im on pip... hr calls me at some point of time.. searching job outside.
