
Trending @Accenture; Forceful Terminations
In Accenture, So Many people are being forced to resign even if they are on the bench for 15-20 days.
They are calling employees and asking them to resign by EOD or by the next day. And the interesting part is they are asking employees to send a resignation email stating you have a medical emergency or personal issue. So that HR or Accenture cannot be held by for terminating employees.
I am curious why no one is speaking about it openly especially the people who got already terminated.
So many people are losing jobs and there is no outrage, news in any media or platform about it.
THIS NEEDS TO STOP...

They are asking to send resignation mails because they want to play safe so that after resigning if someone files a legal notice against them they can happily show your resignation mail saying you have resigned at your own will because of your XYZ personal reason and they are not accountable!

Most probable reason is that if company lays them off, in experience/reliving letter it would be mentioned as "Termination".

That’s a thingHRs say but it really doesn’t matter. No employer cares if you have cleared their interview as long as it doesn’t have some disciplinary remark in your experience letter


Being a victim of layoff is in itself embarrasing n shocking for people so no one is coming out openly in public forums to not attract ridicule by their peers etc otherwise what accenture HRs are doing n top leadership's command is completly wrong n unfair!! This needs to be called out

This keeps happening and not a new scenario. Yes this need to be highlighted out of organisation and not a pleasant news
