Usually i used to claim mobile bill for category - telecom/internet with description as mobile phone I got mail from myte audit for asking for business reasons for using a mobile bill for April month and there are asking approval from manger or senior manger
I got scared why I got this mail because previously I used to claim that mobile bill for some months because we have a limit of 1000 on every month for internet so if I do not claim for internet bill for specific month then I used to claim mobile bill for that month
They mentioned If I do not respond back to there mail within 14 days expenses may be reversed
Today only I got into the bench , I'm scared what will happen for this
Can anyone face this situation please advise me what I can do for this

Why are you guys claim mobile recharge bills when they clearly said its for broadband and also the broadband should in your base location

Because while claiming they are provided 2 options mobile or internet, so if I didn't claim the internet broadband bill then I use to claim the mobile for using internet in the form of hotspot, so every time we are using hotspot in case of power issues
