Been on bench for more than 4 months? Worried that you are not in any project? Well damn right you should be worried. Or I should say, WE should worry.

You have 2 options rn. Switch this ********** company or do your masters in your interest.

But how do you switch?

1. Skills first : If you are in a dev related stream that is not limited to only some companies(like Java, MERN, MEAN etc..) you are lucky. Focus on that skill and learn on your own 12 hours a day. Use the super power of being on the bench.

For those who are in fields that are limited (like Salesforce, SAP etc.) upskill in your field IF you have interest in that.. or grind on DSA (leetcode)

2. Improve communication and apply outside.
3. if you are already in a project but have no work like me. Manage time and upskill yourself.

Masters? Save up money and give your IELTS and GRE. yup, if you are doing a masters degree.. I hope you do it outside India especially the tech side.
