Sure. If your fixed salary is 11 lpa, then it'll be
(1100000/2340)no of leave hours. 470.085no. of leave hours.
If you have 30 vacation leave balance then leave hours will be 30*9 hours= 270 hours
Leave encashment=470.085*270=126923

That would include your monthly payout + encashed amount for earned/planned leaves.

So if I serve the 3 months, that is my salary and then remaining from extra ELs. Anything else that is accounted for?
