Trending @Accenture; FnF amount not correct

Hi friends, I just got my FnF credited but figure is not matching with what is mentioned in settlement report. I received Rs. 50K less than the expected one. Did any body else faced this ? Please help.

So how's the leave encashment formula works? Is it (our fixed salary/2350)* No. of paid leaves in hours(upto 270)?

Also since my lwd comes in dec 1st week, when am i gonna get my money, does it include variable as well, any opinion?

Hi @Roronoa_Zoro_ , formula is. (Fixed pay ÷ 2340) * (no. of working hours).

For no. of working hours, multiply earned leaves (days) with 9

50K less would be most probably due to your confirmatikn of your laptop receipt. Did you submit your laptop at base location or at DHL Hub?

This is what more weird is. How can they deduct 50k even when asset was returned on LWD itself in first half and in base location only

Did you return your laptop before the end of last day? I can think of only that due to which 50k might be cut from your FNF. I also recieved mine a couple of days back. And everything tallies.
