If someone is in PIP and that person doesnt clear the PIP. He/she will be terminated from the company. So in that case the 3 months salary + leave balance will be a part of FnF right?

In the unfortunate event of not clearing PIP, termination is the likely outcome. As for the FnF, it's a mixed bag. While we strive to ensure fair practices, Accenture's policies can be a bit of a letdown. The 3 months' salary inclusion is subjective and leave balance is not always considered. It's a glaring issue that needs rectification.
