Same here. My mal is 22 too. Idk what is this about MAL. They should promote based on performance. Having said that, everything here sucks. People suggest switching but if I switch before getting promoted I feel like my 2 years here are a waste. Mine is same story as yours. Joined in 2021, promoted in 2022.
