Trending @Accenture; Fixed Holiday Balance
I've already taken 5 fixed holidays this year, and as per my discussion with Dipa, we're entitled to 8 fixed holidays annually. This means I have 3 remaining. However, my calendar shows 4 fixed holidays still scheduled until December. In this case, does it mean that one of those holidays will exceed my balance, and I'll need to adjust it using another type of leave or will i have work on that day? Myte usually grays out that date if its public holiday on that day!
What's your location and can you list out upcoming holidays ?

Never knew guru nanak jayanti is also a holiday.. usually this doesn't happen.. only 8 mandatory declared and others are optional..
If they declared 9 mandatory for your location, they will not deduct the extra from your other leaves.
All locations have 8 fixed + 2 floating leaves. Check ur MYTE once
you didn't get my point, Out of 8 fixed I've already taken 5, but after checking calendar total 4 fixed holidays are there till dec end but i can only take 3 (5+3=8) more according to the poilicy, so what happens to the remaining 1 holiday?
Calculate from Sep 1st to Augsut 31st , not from January to December
Mostly it is caused due to some additional public holiday of election.
No matter if it grays out, we can adjust it manually. No issues.
