Trending @Accenture; First Switch, Need Guidance

I am a fresher who joined ACN in Oct, 2024. Planning to switch after Nov, 2025.

I am not in the base location, and I have to travel 600+km every week. They won't give a transfer for 24 Months.

I am financially desperate for a good hike to take care of my family. Is it okay to switch after 1yr.

Technically, I have very good performance feedback and I am confident that I learned a lot in the project from the past 6 months.

Will ACN initiate early transfer if I try to leave company and tell reason for leaving is just being unable to transfer within a year and frequent travel affecting my work potential and work life balance.

Start giving interviews from this day and the day u actually clear any interview and HR discussion is over with next company and they are willing to wait for 90 days. Put a resignation and serve 90 days notice period and leave. Don't resign 1st and then start searching that's very risky if you have not even 1 year of experience or little more than 1 year. If you were a experienced guy I would have suggested to take risk but not worth now with your current problem you are mentioning.

Do not early switch, first take relevant experience. Minimum 2 to 3 year. For good package.
