Accenture first quarter results seem to be quite strong in terms of revenue as well as booking does it means that people staying here will be getting market correction salary or good increment in June even if they have got a little hike say around 6-10 percentage of hike ?

Don't we get paid on the basis of clients, also accentures revenue is what they charge clients - our salries , so increaing our salries will impact their revenue also , they hire freshers a lot with better salries already.
