I Joined Accenture on July 6th 2023 with 3.5Lpa as an Associate. Completed 16 mons without any hike. When can i expect a hike or promotion? [Reg Tech leap - Wrote very well in 3rd school 3 mons back, results were not declared].

Same case here, Completed 14 months from the date of joining, my in hand salary would be around 21k. Can I expect any hike? if yes, how much % hike will I get?

Your in hand should be 31k after 1 year so if it's not , you can expect hike
