Why this firing happening, what's the agenda, some of were in bench from last 1 year with peacefully and they are firing the employee with 2 months in bench, what's happening here, not able to understand this, can anyone explain this?.

Same doubt...People who joined in between March to August 2024 have not gotten to ITP.. All of them are still in Entry pool...This is not all right.. and people joined in November 2024 have been moved to bench.... I mean what kinda justice is this?
