Trending @Accenture; Find out, who's the fool :)

I am in Accenture for the last 2 years. From the beginning I am a top performer in comparison to the peers. Cleared two tech leaps and got promoted in Sept 2024

Looking at other people's posts I assumed I wouldn't receive any hike because of the promotion I got.

But my point is they have given me 8.5% VP. and guess what this is what I am getting since joining no more no less than 8.5. looking at my performance directly asked that my VP is less I was expecting more cause the low performing people are also receiving the same.

He told me that this is already decided as you have got in May 24 the same percentage continues for Nov 24 as well.

You will surely receive a hike and more VP on May 25. Now should I believe them? As Currently I have experience in multiple technologies and my package is just 4.5 which is something freshers are also getting. So, considering all these points should I wait or start applying (2 years of experience)

Please drop your suggestions and questions in the comments. Thanks in advance.

For the ASE's VP is fixed at 8.5% you can work your ass off or dont work at all it will be same , only after analyst level it will be depending on performance but don't expect too much out of the VP 🙃
