90 days np had always been a problem, for some reason not sure if the market is good , I got 2 offers even before I put down my papers and they also gave a joining date accurately to 3months too. I was too happy as here I was in an internal project with zero hike and lot of favouritism towards managers base location employees. When I told my Team lead she was like why are jumping for some 25/30% hike again you have to prove there blah blah. Then I said I’m getting 60-70% more than my base pay and she was like are you sure ? I laughed and then she said where ever you go lets be in touch year end please refer me lol 🤣

Moral of story : Don’t take tension ,Its not our father’s company & move on
