Trending @Accenture; Finally left accenture

Yesterday was my last day at accenture. It was a wonderful journey even though at the end had issue with hikes and rewards. Happy that was able to make some friends had some laughs .

Wishing all a wonderful personal and professional life ahead.

Brother, how does the process work? I joined Accenture 2 years ago, and now I want to switch companies. What steps do I need to follow? Should I first search for another company, get an offer letter, and then inform Accenture, or should I resign from Accenture first and then search for a job? Please guide me

Get a offer first. Inform people lead and raise request in service now

depends on your skill set, if you know the in demand skills and your resume is good then first take the offer letter, because in your case 90 days NP won't be an issue.

but if you just want to change and don't have any particular hard skill then take a risk resign and aggressively apply, your advantage will be serving NP.

You need to pay for the days remaining in NP. With money or earned leaves

Because everything is managed by bot and people also behave like a bot . Whatever you ask they will give the same reply or not in my scope.
