Trending @Accenture; Finally hard work paid off
3.5 years of hard work, extended times and no hikes. But my results came out yesterday and I'm promoted from CL11 to CL9 with a 30% hike. And I now have a fixed salary of INR 953,500. In December I got 20% VP. I have a total of 4.5 years of experience. I feel like I'm underpaid by looking at others' numbers. Please give me insights if I should look for opportunities outside or stay for market correction here only.

Brother I have been Accenture for 6 years with overall experience of 10 years.i got my first promotion in 6 years
My fixed salary is 8lpa now.
Now I will leave in your hands whether are you underpaided or am I.

It's high time you join another company. For L9, you are paid very less.

Underpaid, should be earning 25+

I agree the salary for CL9 may seem on the lower side, but being promoted to a lead position with just 4.5 years of experience is a significant achievement in itself. Given the typically modest hike percentages this year, a standard promotion to CL10 would have likely resulted in around a 13% increase. Once the overall market and internal scenarios improve, your compensation is expected to align more closely with the CL9 pay band, which generally ranges between 15 to 21 LPA. Congratulation.
