Trending @Accenture; Filling timesheet unassigned even hardlock to project so will it affect probation period confirmation for permanent

I am hard lock to project under ATCI. Manager told me that he will check for other projects where vacancy is present for me and confirm till that i need to fill MyTE as unassigned. I am tagged to capability group of ATCI which looks sap projects. I have joined company recently on 18th November 2025 n in probation period . Will this filling timesheet unassigned and status is hard lock affect confirmation after probation period in may month?

Manager is not allowed me to search projects personally and saying that he will only check and confirm the projects.
