Trending @Accenture; Feeling stuck in career growth

Sometimes, I felt good when people looked at me for what I know, but the tides are currently changing. I have a feeling that I'm still staying there while others gain more knowledge on their respective domain.

I'm in healthcare IT, where I'm integrating solutions created by dev in a single with the help of UCD. I really wanted to move forward in my career. I joined a paid course which I'm doing now but is there anything I can do till the completion of the course. The course is for 6 months and it starts this month.
