
Trending @Accenture; Feeling Stuck at Accenture: No Recognition for Hard Work
I've been with Accenture since I started as a fresher, but despite working hard on projects, I've noticed that my colleagues who aren't actively on projects receive the same raises and promotions. Now, with no hikes in sight, I'm questioning the purpose of staying at a company that doesn't value its employees. Despite receiving client appreciation, it feels like there's no point in continuing with a company that doesn't provide encouragement or recognition. What is the best thing to do after all this?

You will most likely see the same treatment in other companies as well. But atleast if you go to another company, you will get min 30% hike. So i'll suggest, grab an offer & either switch or get retained with increased CTC here. That's upto you.

Those who work very hard they won’t recognise, you gotta voice out then only they will listen!!

Leave your current project and switch to other project .start fresh.

It even depends a lot upon your People Leed how he had taken up your case towards the leadership and how is your leadership as well. If in case either of them aren’t strong or good enough I guess the challenges will continue in terms of Growth as well Recognitions
