5% Hike last dec– feeling rich enough to upgrade from regular peanuts to salted so far.
Now wondering…will i get any hike or promotion this June cycle.
Any insiders, HR whisperers, or astrologers out there? Should I stay hopeful or just continue logging in and logging out.🙂🫠

My MAL is 44 lv 11, total exp 6 years 2 months, lateral in accenture joined in 2022 jan
I got 6% hike in last dec
Got ace award and client value creation in last 2 projects
Having 3 certifications in all my relavent tech
Still not promoted to lv 10
Don't know what is the criteria in accenture
