My decision to join Accenture in 2022, after a successful stint at a Tier 1 management consulting firm, has proven to be a regrettable choice.
From the outset, I felt like an outsider, struggling to fit into a culture marked by internal politics and a lack of genuine camaraderie. The toxic environment, dominated by bullying and favoritism, has hindered my professional growth and left me feeling insecure.
I strongly advise anyone contemplating a similar move to thoroughly assess the potential drawbacks and consider alternative opportunities that align better with their career aspirations.
You should have stayed at the Tier 1 firm. Accenture is not for everyone.

No matter how many years you spend in Accenture, you will always be feeling like outsider, there is lack of sense of belonging here. Politics is on par. And favoritism is all time high. Specific camaraderie always favors bootlickers no matter how much effort you put in. Leaders are worst and created toxic culture. If you don't fit in their bootlicking cultural so as then they will gang up against you and make fulfledge efforts to get you kicked out of the org.
I feel the same. I started thinking that I don't have the potential after PIP in 2022. My manager and supervisor's behaviour was really toxic and they used to blame me for every stupid reason. Also Accenture people are not team players I have seen They don't know the meaning of passing information related to the project also, which is very unprofessional. They will only highlight those who are favourites to the management.
Sorry for my words but these mausa and mausi jis are doing gossips daily with just doing resource allocation
