Trending @Accenture; Feeling low
Joined Accenture last year in November at level 11 Worked alot hard(team of 5 people including one lead and 2 juniors) I have done all development and all POC's as my lead doesn't have that much technical knowledge he was not able to do development task so i took over his tasks and completed the poc in 9 days only. After seeing my performance everyone started praising me alot. And in july my manager promised me a good hike of around 40% on ctc.
I thought he is honest and he'll stand up on his words. Like 1 week before also he said your hike is looking good.
Today i got 6% of hike and my AM and manager both were on call and i cried I couldn't control as I'm a girl obviously and i have panic attack issues.
My manager said i knw you are disappointed and you have done a fabulous task. I'm not denying.Bla bla.
Then they said you have not completed one year which i did on 10th nov.
And if this was the thing why did he promised as at that time also he knew that i will not complete 1 year
I started shivering in call because i didn't listen to my family also as they were saying that he is lying don't trust
But i was like no no he is not..
I don't want to work now... I don't know what to do
I'm sorry if I'm bothering you guys but I'm not feeling good that's why posted it.

Hey girl , don't cry or get panick over this things same thing happens with many people as we are in corporate this politics will happen. try to master your skill prepare ,if they are not giving hike they promised search outside and ask what you are expecting don't panick.You are star ⭐

In 1st one also same thing happened 🥲
There also i was only person in project
There was no teammate nothing
I completed all tasks on time and was fresher at that time
But at time of hike my manager said satisfactory performance
I'm sometimes thinking why i am the only one who is facing this 🥹
Or if it's my luck which is bad 😞
Promises are like monsoons; they don't always deliver. The market's a maze, where talent often gets lost. But remember, resilience can rewrite the script.
Please take the knowledge and the learnings and switch you will get a better hike and bonus for joining a new firm than internal hikes and bonus. A 100 percent
