Trending @Accenture; Feeling i might be put in pip, what to do next?
Last project skill mismatch happened and toxic clients. Did my best i could but project manager was not happy.
Currently my supervisor is acting passive and current project manager said supervisor and past manager were bad mouthing you, so be proactive and be careful.
I am already depressed and not sure what to do now. Feeling scared
Start giving interviews immediately. Don't wait to be marked as PIP. They give early release if you are unable to complete the tasks. That shows and next company asks questions why. It's difficult to explain. Keep an offer in hand and your Supervisor will try to negotiate with you because of retention policy

Ok, i didn't know this. I thought when do put me for pip, then i will get 3 months of prep time.
I will start preparing from today.
Little disturbed how all this is happening at Accenture but yes will adapt to it.
Don't get scared first of all calm down and the 2nd is to keep preparing. In the worst case if they put you on pip be ready to interview and move out.
